What to do without alcohol?
I don't need any comments about it being unhealthy. I don't have any alcohol right now, and I probably won't buy any for the next few days. For health reasons.
How do I cope with this in everyday life when I usually drink to function? Not going to work isn't an option either.
Hello!
You can get help here: https://www.anonyme-alcoholiker.de/ Pretty far down you can find First Aid Team .
So first time your alcohol addiction is physical then you shouldn’t take a withdrawal without a medical accompaniment because it can end fatal quickly.
But I assume that you work that you can do it for a few hours without alcohol and that’s why you’re not so strongly physically dependent.
As stupid as that clinks shift your addiction to smoking or drinking coffee (if you smoke) with coffee but not too much.
because you just want to get out a few days without alcohol, you can just move the addiction for the few days.
Otherwise, if the addiction print is there, eat only in measures and do the activities you want before your alcohol.
Maybe go out with friends and talk about it, etc.
I don’t know, I hope it helps you a little.
I don’t want to smoke because after a long time I just managed to stop it. Now it’s slow. Unfortunately, I do not get sober at all in social situations. I also have medium headaches and pain in the joints if I don’t drink anything.
It’s not that bad now that I would die. But still, I thought there might be tactics about how to deal with it. I’m not the first to stop drinking.
I’d say go to a search counselor who can really help you and give you tips.
simply don’t think much about alcohol and spend time with friends or family, these are the only things I think about.
I know it’s easier said than done, but you don’t get one without strength.

Makes habit.
Well, that looks like withdrawal…
Go to the doctor and write you sick. Either that or think something.
