To protect yourself (you are actually looking for help with this post) choose the 112. If you can make sure that the next hours don’t happen, you can also call the crisis service or telephone care and work with a conversation. Alternatively drive to the next psychiatric clinic and talk to a doctor there (it would certainly be better in the state if someone can drive you). The emergency recordings have always opened and a doctor is always available. You don’t always get in a stationary position, you can also just make a consultation if you don’t want to stay. I wish you’d be better soon and the thoughts become easier.

In the long term, it would be ideal to find a specialist and go into psychotherapy so that your life can become more liveable.

In these questions I always answer the same..I always helped the very simple meditation at the time.. Just 20 minutes immediately after getting up thinking nothing. But no longer

Are you trying? It’s amazing!

And if yes, say

Turn to the pastoral care, there you can also call anonymously and take care of yourself

talk to someone about it

and self-mord is really not a good solution, it is permanent for a problem that is only temporary

if you love me, you do not
