What can you do about dark circles under your eyes?

I am 43 years old and although I don't have any bags under my eyes and no/hardly any other wrinkles or problems with my skin, there is one thing that bothers me enormously – my dark circles ☹️

It doesn't come across so well in the photo, and the picture is already a year old; it's actually significantly worse now. The problem is particularly pronounced in the left eye (on the right in the photo).

Among my friends, I have nicknames like Dracula or Panda, and the topic also comes up frequently with people I only meet casually. For example, I recently accompanied a friend to the doctor, who asked me if I needed help with my dark circles under my eyes. 🙈 People also constantly ask me if I'm taking drugs—even though I live a relatively healthy lifestyle, exercise, and get enough sleep. It's all really stressing me out…

Does anyone here have the same problem?

What can I do to get rid of the black edges?

I've already tried a moisturizing cream, but it didn't help… Makeup would of course be an option (does anyone know of a good product?), but maybe someone here has a better idea.

If your problem is getting worse and worse, you should have this medically explained, because there can also be a starting heart/release/liver weakness behind it, even if you have no further symptoms yet.

Other factors:

Salt-containing diet, resulting in a potassium deficiency. Especially finished dishes contain excessive amounts of salt.

Other dietary errors, such as excessive amounts of carbohydrates.

Missing oxygen saturation.

I think it’s gonna be genetic, I’ve got that too. As far as I know, it doesn’t help but sub-inject, or what you can do lasers. What do I think is better because when spraying the material can slip

Try a sunscreen cream under your eyes. Protection factor at least 30. Even now in winter. After about 2 weeks, see if it helps.

So on the photo everything is okay up to the dark look.

Maybe you have a circulatory problem or a problem with the lymphatics.

I’d tap generic. Do your parents also have those eye edges?
