Was tun gegen extreme Schmerzen unter dem Fuß beim Laufen?
Hallo,
As long as the pain is under your feet, you can’t care. Well, they’re not in the foot.
Fun aside. So you probably have stress-dependent pain on the foot sole. What ankles do you mean? The toes or the ankle joint? You’re a beginner with a certain sporty ambition, finally you come to run from strength training and wanted to run every day.
For the first time, I would have liked a layman (I am not a physiotherapist or a doctor or something) Plantarfasciitis thought this is a rare runner injury that I was probably already affected by. I have never been diagnosed – if I have pain from running, I usually go to Dr. Google for the first time and see what there is for running-specific injuries. I am not the first runner in the world;) In a plantarfasciitis, the tendon plate is lit below your foot and needs recovery. If necessary, a plantar fasciitis with a heel spore is accompanied (does it hurt if you press around on your heel?) which may require medical treatment (treasure by ultrasound).
When I was walking, I made stiffer insoles in my everyday shoes and made a six-week break from running to heal inflammation. In the long term, you should work on your training control. You might have started a little too intensively and might have a lot of weight from motor sports. Since tendons and ligaments are only weakly bleeding, it takes a very long time to react adequately to new training stimuli. Try to run after pulse and reduce your pace so that you run at about 70 percent of your maximum heart rate. Here you will achieve super results for your metabolism and your stamina without mechanically stressing your body too much.
If this self-therapy (several weeks) doesn’t bring anything, you can still go to the doctor.
Did you start? First of all, take a walk with 5 or 6 km/h on the treadmill and run for 1 hour and then climb regularly for weeks.
Can it be that you might have a footlift weaken and the foot then cramped because the muscle is no longer able to apply the force?
Hi, that’s how I started walking uphill. I’ve been doing this for 1 month. I don’t know, I’ve never had problems before. I had no problems with Incline 15. It only hurts extremely when running.
Sounds to me as a laie somehow after overloading. Maybe you have to take a little more break between the units. Try to watch yourself a bit when it gets better and worse you have to watch yourself.
On the one hand, a doctor may help you.
On the other hand, I’d try if you’re in pain if you’re running out normally.
You should make an appointment with an orthopaedic. He can check your foot position.
You have to get used to it. Under the feet it can feel like blue spots but this goes away again. Red light helps against it.
What can you do about it? Go to the doctor and find out the cause of your pain.
