You should have suffered a muscle fiber crack. I’d ask a doctor if it doesn’t get better. But normally heals again. https://www.netdoktor.de/ Diseases/muscle fibre crack/

You can promote blood circulation in the area e.g. by rolling with a tennis ball or movement

Just something you can roll. Best in circular movements, at the place where it hurts. It shouldn’t be too painful.

Go away sometime. The more you get that, the less you feel it. Can also harden your leg with a stick or baseball bat or something. I know from the Thaibox
