Was tun gegen Eisbein?
Hallo ich hatte letztens ein Spiel und habe ein sehr starken Eisbein bekommen. Und zwar ist er von vorne mit seinem Knie in mein Oberschenkel. Ich kann jzt nicht mehr richtig laufen und wollte fragen wie ich es so schnell wie möglich wegbekomme?
