What can I do about nausea (quitting smoking)?

Hi, I'm 16 and have been smoking for a few months. However, I have a stomach bug and it gives me severe stomach pain. So I decided to quit. I had my last cigarette on Thursday at 9 p.m., and today has been hell. I've been nauseous all day and couldn't sleep properly last night because of the stomach pain, and this time because of nausea. I've already tried chewing gum and still water. Fresh air helps, but it's 2:30 a.m., so I can't go outside.

Does anyone have any tips for the nausea? Should I quit smoking gradually? I used to smoke 6-7 cigarettes a day.

Of course you can go out at night at half three. You don’t have to run a marathon right now.

Otherwise, put yourself in the open window.
