You can start psychotherapy without your parents’ knowledge and consent, as you are 15 years old. To do this, you have to be legally insured and get a therapy site at a psychotherapist who has a cash register seat. This is important so that the therapist can settle with your health insurance companies and you don’t have to pay for the therapy yourself. Psychotherapists in your area can be found on the Internet or you can give you a list of therapists from your health insurance.

First, however, it should be explained if you have a depression at all. Because self-diagnosis is not possible in depression. Just as little as cancer or diabetes. Either a psychotherapist can make you a diagnosis, in part your pediatrician or a psychiatrist. But even if it should not be depression, it is important that the causes of your complaints are identified and you get the appropriate help. It is important that you talk to your pediatrician about your problems and he judges what to do.

If you still don’t want to contact a doctor or psychotherapist, you should talk to someone about your situation. This can be someone from your family, a trust teacher, a school psychologist, an adult neighbor, the trainer from the club, etc. However, you can also contact a consultancy office near you or use an offer of help from the internet, e.g.

All these people cannot diagnose or treat depression. But they can listen to you and give you advice.

Here are some tips for you that may help a little in a depression or bad phase. However, they do not replace expert treatment. Because depression is a serious disease that you cannot treat yourself. If you like, you can try out some of the tips and see if they do good to you:

  • regular sports
  • Refuel the sun
  • Spending time in nature
  • Follow your hobbies
  • try new hobbies
  • join an association to awaken new interests
  • Meet friends / find new friends
  • do something with the family
  • Maintain contacts via WhatsApp and social media
  • regularly talk to someone (private) about your ( everyday) problems and concerns
  • Mindfulness training
  • Relaxation training e.g. progressive muscle relaxation
  • check your “sleep hygiene”
  • maintain a regulated daily routine
  • maintain a regulated day and night rhythm
  • make enough breaks
  • Avoid stress
  • Planning and sharing tasks
  • lead a gratitude diary, with rich little things, for example, that the sun shines or someone smiles at you
  • to see what does or harms you, to integrate more of the positive experiences into your everyday life
  • positive experiences, for example, plan a trip, a meeting with a dear friend
  • what creative make for example painting, crafting, knitting, what craftsmanship

If there’s nothing here for the FS, I’m unhappy. Fine.

Try Neurapa’s balance from the pharmacy. Can make nix wrong and don’t get into a self-diagnosis. Something like that can be worshipped. At this age, mood fluctuations are more than normal. If the neurapas do not yet show the touch of an effect after 3 weeks, it could also be a hormonal imbalance. Otherwise talk to your parents and the house, or women’s doctor.

With real depression, it wasn’t really about it. Sometimes you can make it even worse. Therapists are specially trained

So, what does that say about a therapy? Otherwise you came to a different place like school psychologists or something. If you don’t talk to people you trust, for example, your friends. But therapy is still the best solution

What if you don’t have one? Now you’re talking about having depression, and you’re just gonna think about it.

Whether the symptoms fit or not you have to decide. There are si many small symptoms that you cannot perceive, but are essential for a diagnosis. You can’t treat the psyche like a cold. If you have cold symptoms, it’s usually one. Not with the psyche.

So no one can give you any tips. Who knows what disease you have or if you are really sick. Nowadays you are so easy to deal with such words. If you’re bad at it, you’re gonna push it to a disease.

I can understand that you want to answer with 15 ne, but it doesn’t work without diabrase. That’s what you need to do with a psychiatrist.

But let’s say you’re using the tips you’ve got here or on the internet and you’re getting worse. Then what? Then I guess it wasn’t depression, and you’ve increased the actual disease.

The psyche is not as easy as the body

Dangerous. This also has side effects and interactions and should not be taken without medical advice!

The freely available homeopathic dosages from the pharmacy are not suitable for the treatment of clinical depression.

In real depression, you don’t get around a therapy.
