Was tun gegen Betriebsblindheit?

Was meint ihr dazu?

Könnte man gegen Betriebsblinde was machen? Das sie ihre Tätigkeit wieder ernst nehmen?

I think it would be very promising if, for example, half-yearly employees are exchanged in companies. This prevents the so-called operating blindness and promotes creativity. This creates new ideas and simplifications in the production process. The result of this could be sustainability, cost reductions and production increase.

Self-reflection is one of the possible keys.

One of my former colleagues worked in her job for 10 years. She was incredibly good at it. And from today to tomorrow, she has changed internally to a completely different department “because she bored the ease of her previous job”.

I found and find this decision very wise. It may be that my positive attitude towards this action is also coloured by the fact that I can not imagine staying in the same position for decades and thus being quite similar, but it still remains in self-reflection.

Change needs can be exploited today. I also see that so often with my clients, especially when sometime a feedback comes about the further course.

It is definitely not wrong if you have routine and know exactly what you do. Of course you must not be neglected.

So I’ve done the same job every day for the last 11 years, and I’ve never been neglected. On the contrary. I have the least customer complaints (no one) and I am the best for this job, knowing my facility in and out.

Yes, if you say it, it must be.

And just because you think it must be like that for everyone?

Errors happen JEDEM times. Routiniers as well as beginners. This has nothing to do with operational blindness, but that nobody is perfect

I know that there is, but I don’t know in an environment
