What can you do about acute sciatica pain?

Hi,

I've had a painful sciatica for a week now. I'm only 14 and I'm actually on summer vacation right now, so it's a bit annoying because I can't walk normally.

I don't think I'll be able to get an appointment with a physiotherapist or osteopath any time soon.

I've tried everything, but it's not getting any better. I've done stretching exercises for my sciatica every day, applied Finalgon, taken a warm bath, tried the fascia ball, and stretched on the weight machine.

Should I take it slower? I know it's best to walk instead of sitting, and if I'm lying down, then do it upright. But I'm limping along, and it just hurts whenever I put weight on my leg.

Do any of you have any ideas on how to improve this?

Yeah, can hang with the tick bites. Please go straight to the doctor.

Please no stretching exercises for the irritated nerve and other processing with fascia rolls etc. Helping strengthening exercises for stretching, spreading and external rotation of the hip – first only holding, and after a little pain reduction slowly dynamic. Everything in the most pain-free area. Fieber calm.

Suspicion of borreliosis is, however, absolutely necessary.

When the Ischiasnerv annoys, it is irritated or clamped somewhere in the spine. So you have to do relaxation exercises for the lower back, and also rub in there. And on occasion let the spine examine.

Hi.

On the one hand, you can advise to go to the orthopedic or chiropractor.

If it is really Ischias with you, it would usually be advisable to put on the 3 columns of treatment, heat, painkillers and a lot of movement. I know from my own experience how painful this can be, so you can see how it gets better day by day.
