Cool and cover without germ. Paving is enough, possibly a drop of a millene extract on it.

Add a raw, slightly squeezed onion on it – or squeezed leaves of choke and porridge (the juice should easily emerge)…

It also helps to cool the place – using coldpad or cold washcloth.

Good improvement!

Cut onion, press, after a few minutes everything is good again. Works better than any ointment.

If you’re in the wound, pull a sting. Is usually not the case with puppy stitches. Otherwise, best apply a sliced onion. Alternatively cool.
