Was tun bei starken Schmerzen beim Ausduschen nach Steissbeinfistel OP?
Hallo miteinander,
ich wurde letzte Woche operiert. Da wurde mir eine Steissbeinfistel entfernt. Es wurde eine offene Wunde gelassen welche tamponiert wurde.
Ich hab auch soweit jeden Tag 2x die Wunde ausgeduscht doch wurden die Schmerzen immer unerträglicher. Einmal beim ausduschen verspüre ich Hölle Qualen und auch so ist sitzen, aufm Rückenliegen oder sogar stehen teilweise unmöglich.
Heute war ich beim Arzt da wurde mir gesagt dass ich eine sekundäre Infektion habe weil ich das wundsekret nicht richtig entfernt habe. Außerdem wurde mir dann auch nochmal gesagt dass ich es ruhig öfter ausduschen kann bzw. Soll. Nachdem ich den Rat vom Arzt angenommen habe, habe ich die Wunde wieder ausgeduscht. Die Schmerzen waren so schlimm dass ich anfing zu weinen weil es nicht zu ertragen war. Ging es einem von euch auch so? Und was habt ihr gemacht dass das Ausduschen etwas angenehmer für euch war?

I had once an abscess in the vaginal area that was operated and after that I should at least 3 times spread the wound daily. I put myself in the shower the first time, and I got black in front of me in pain, so I broke it. At the second time, I wanted to pull it through and actually collapsed in the shower. So I had to think about something else. I then put water in a large syringe, I put a lot of towels and rinsed the wound in the lying. If there were evidence on the wound, I put it on a compress and rinsed it out again.
And what is also very important is not to be afraid of the painkiller. If you know, you want to break out the wound in half or three quarters of an hour, then take a painkiller and not only when you start or even after.
