What to do if your ears are ringing?

I constantly hear a shrill whistling sound (only in my ear, not real) or have terrible pressure in my ears. This has been happening for years. What can I do?

I once went to an ENT doctor, but he just said everything looked fine and the hearing test was okay. But now a few years have passed, and these noises still haven't stopped. They happen almost every day now. Is it worth seeing an ENT doctor again?

Change the HNO. Many people have ear noises, and not always you see them in the hearing test. Many means help only shortly after the occurrence of complaints, but there are tricks to get clear.

Drink enough so I mean good water, teas and stuff. Minerals – are they well filled with you? I’d take care of it too. Good improvement!

Drink, water, rule of thumb: body weight x4 normal, x5 warm, x6 sweat.

You need enough movement too.

Patients got missing fluid as infusions with blood circulation agents. Later it was that the blood circulation drugs almost had no effect.

I also hear sometimes, but rarely, if it is quite quiet, very quiet sounds, a kind of melody. It’s not a tinnitus. This must be the afterlife in which information sounds, colors and feelings are. I only hear it when I’m completely alone. Maybe I’m manifesting this too. It doesn’t bother me.

it is possible to have such sounds from the brain neurologically instead of hearing

Then someone else would have to cuckoo, but go again to nem HNO.
