I can tell you from the best experience what helped me with heel spores.

Inserts: no, painkillers: no.

But these two ways (both!):

  • Hekla Lava D62 tabs/day in the mouth. In addition, 2 tabl. each time the pain increased again. (After half of the 2nd bottle, the pain finally remained away).
  • Extent exercises from the book of Christian Larsen: ‘Good walking a lifetime: exercise instead of operating: The best exercises from the Spiraldynamics®‘:

Put the forefoot on a stairway, then lower the heel, to the extent tolerable; hold. Break, practice again and again. It is important to get rid of the sporon (a lime deposit). It works!

Good luck!

Is the heel pore diagnosed by X-ray or just a guess on your side?

If the first, inserts and X-rays have helped me well, if the second is to make a doctor and a diagnosis, it can be good and also something else.

Self-diagnosis?

Go to a doctor first, heel pain in your age group usually have completely different causes.

Inserts with a cutout in the heel area have helped me very much.
