What to do at Amazon?

I have a problem. I redeemed an Amazon voucher. Since I haven't had Amazon in a while, I created a new account because I thought I didn't have one anymore. I then wanted to use this voucher to buy Apple credit. But this doesn't work because you can't buy vouchers/credit with it! I can't add my address or EC card etc. to this account because the old (still existing) account already exists and is linked to it! What can I do? Getting the credit back doesn't work either! You can only buy certain items with this voucher! I need help!

Just buy something useful from the credit.
If the credit should not be enough for this, purchase another voucher with the other (old) account via EC card and redeem it in the newly created account.
You don’t have to buy something right now. Maybe you’ll get something in a couple of weeks or months.
What else you will not be able to do, because according to your comment, not even the Amazon support can help you.

🤔 Why don’t you just use your old Amazon account? You could have imagined that a second account would work badly.
I thought, as I said (as in the description) that I no longer have an account. But I don’t want to waste the money of the voucher!
Please log into your old account, reset the password. Then you can also remove the address/payment type and add it to the new account.
