The two scenes were cut together. The first scene with Daryl & Negan comes from the 10 season 16 episode: Among enemies. And that’s when they killed Beta, and Negan saw who was under the mask, and the scene with Rick was also where different, because Rick wasn’t with the destruction of the bites and whispers.

But it’s done well so some people might think that’s what they belong together.

This looks more like a blur of several scenes, I’ve seen the complete series and I don’t know about it now. Especially to Rick and Negan, I have something completely different in my mind, Negan would never have reacted to Rick like that. But I can’t say more for spoiler reasons.

That’s what Rick says to Morgan & not to Negan, that’s a combination of two different scenes.
