These engines run with a mixture of nitromethane or methanol and oil.

You can mix it yourself, but you can also use a finished mixture, which contains additional additives.

A new engine actually includes a description of how the engine is driven, the carburetor is set and what fuel you need.

Maybe you can request or download the description…

No, not at the gas station and in the construction market.

Usually you get that in model construction, maybe also at Conrad or Völkner.

However, you need to be careful that you take the right fuel, because if it is the wrong one, you will drive the engine….

For this reason, please check the user manual in which the fuel type is specified.

No, this is alkylate benzine used for motor saws, free cutters….

This is known from another manufacturer, also under the name Aspen.

You will get the fuel you need in the model-building accessories trade and which it is exact depends on the engine.

That’s a methanol engine. The classic fuel mixture used to be 80% methanol and 20% castor oil. Synthetic oils allow a reduction in the proportion of oil, depending on the type of oil, into a range of 10-15%, so a smaller proportion of the oil in the fuel that contributes nothing to the performance is possible, whereby at least theoretically a little more power is possible and less oil mist lands on the model. In addition, synthetic oil does not/foam. The disadvantages are reduced internal cooling (oil absorbs heat without burning and takes the heat through the exhaust with out) due to the lower oil volume and a significantly greater risk of rust because it does not remain stuck in the engine as a protective layer. Small, high-stressed motors benefit greatly from a nitromethane admixture of 5-20%, because the nitromethane with its low boiling point improves internal cooling (sometimes evaporates in the intake tract) and at the same time increases the power as an oxygen carrier. In addition, the engines with nitromethane are easier to adjust and better start.

Engine manufacturers generally provide a recommendation for the ideal fuel composition.

This fuel is a hazardous substance, the nitromethane content triggering most of the mimimi. This means that it cannot be sent (legal) with the mail as a rule.

Methanol motors cannot be operated with petrol due to their design. They’re not running.

Is the new one? If yes, there should be some guidance. Otherwise, see if there’s a guy number on it and then googles.

If it’s a two-stroke, you need oil in gasoline.

I would take a ready mix, like aspen or something, google times your engine or, if necessary, operating instructions, so what is stated

No, no asps.

These moths run on RC fuel, i.e. methane or nitromethane with synthetic oil or castor.

There is a need for model construction.
