What should I do? Help?

Hello.

I have a big problem.

I sometimes wet the bed.

I am 13 years old and male.

So, this whole thing started two weeks ago when I wet the bed. Then two days later, it happened again. I managed to hide it from my mom, but I bought diapers for protection. I always put them on in bed and threw them in the trash in the school bathroom the next day.
However, my mother just approached me after my shower. There was a diaper on my desk. She asked why I was wearing diapers in bed.
I explained to her that I wet the bed and had bought it myself at Rewe. She asked me how often that was and was a bit surprised when I replied, "about every two days."
She asked me why I didn't tell her this sooner.

What should I do now? I'm so ashamed. I also have two siblings, 14 and 11, and I don't want them to see my mother buying diapers for me while I'm shopping.
