Was soll ich nach der schule machen?
Ich bin 16, werde dieses Jahr 17 und beende ebenfalls dieses Jahr die Schule. Mein Problem ist, das ich absolut keine Ahnung habe was ich machen möchte.
Ich habe mir unendlich viele Möglichkeiten angeschaut und ich finde bei jeder einzelnen dinge die mir angst bereiten. Ich habe leider das Problem, dass ich unnormal viel angst vor Sachen habe, ob Interaktionen oder kleinste dinge wie eine Handliche Aufgabe. Obwohl mir bewusst ist das ich keine Ausbildung finden kann die keinen negativen Punkt für mich hat, macht mir eine feste Entscheidung dennoch maximale angst.
Ein Fsj habe ich auch schon in betracht gezogen. Jedoch habe ich dort das exakt selbe problem wie oben beschrieben.
ich gebe mein bestes uns versuche aktiv etwas zu finden aber der Schulstress und dazu noch der Stress von außen lässt mich glauben das es unmöglich ist etwas zu finden was mir tatsächlich spaß machen würde.
Ich fühle mich total überfordert mit der Entscheidung etwas zu finden.
Ich schreibe diesen post aus reiner Verzweiflung weil ich echt nicht weiter weiß. Ob mir hierdurch jemand von euch helfen kann weiß ich auch nicht. Es würde schon helfen Leute zu finden die das selbe problem haben wie ich.

The problem, me “this doesn’t convince me, that has a bad disadvantage, I don’t dare…” for not being able to choose from several options, I also have.
For me, the solution was not to distinguish between different options. To reduce it to a single option and a yes/no decision: Do I, or am I not? In this way, I have often come to decide. And looking back were the moments when I said “I’ll do it now” the best decisions in my life.
Another experience: if you want, you can find a fun factor in everything. The answer to your doubts as to whether a profession is fun is perhaps that you will find the fun when you first started.
So:
Set up two mandatory criteria to not have thousands of options. For example, if you would like to stay with your parents, you could set the first criterion for an area that you can reach with the ÖPNV/bicycle/motor scooter. And as a second criterion, you’re looking for a rough topic. Something like “what commercial” or “what technical”.
Check out appropriate operations in the desired area and make sure you can rehearse one or two days there.
If you are offered a training place for the autumn, spontaneously decide whether to accept this offer or not.
If so, the search is over and you can make a relaxing summer in which you know that you have a training place. If you don’t, you’ll just go on with the search: test work until you get a training place and then spontaneously say yes or no.
