I have school from 9-12 for lunch there are potatoes and lettuce
During the school break, fresh fruit and maybe an Emmi caffe latte macchiato.
I have the following at home: bread, Nutella, butter, jam, oat flakes, natural yogurt, chia seeds, eggs
I would most like to have Nutella bread but that would be too much sugar or

You can eat the natural yoghurt with oat flakes and chia seeds if you still have fruit you can make it pure (even if it is frozen fruit).
