So you can interpret everyone differently.Dennoch ..

For example, if you can start breakfast with some fruity ones.Eventually natural yoghurt with some fruit or nuts (healthy fats).In the evening bread, it tends to be practically salad with chickens with vegetables or something light what your body can digest well in the evening 🙂

It is best to try to integrate something fresh into meals, then you can’t do anything wrong

Lunch: chicken, rice, broccoli

Evening: eggs, salad
