I think she’d be happy about flowers, chocolates or jewellery. Otherwise, you can also make something personal, e.g. picture frames, keychains, mobile phone case.
Maybe she has a hobby where she needs something. (e.g. football -> ball, jersey)

You can wrap (if you want to do so much effort) a cardboard with gift paper that looks beautiful. Then you can buy face masks or other cosmetic products from a drugstore market and do them in the cardboard box and even small decorative items. I’d be very happy about it.
