What should I cook?

Hello.

I want to plan my monthly shopping in the next few days. Money is tight at the moment, so I'd need €200-300 for two people. I've often bought way too much fast food and want to live healthier. Accordingly, I need dishes that:

  • are vegetarian
  • without pasta (I have some left over)
  • no curry (also overeating)
  • cheap
  • healthy (both want to lose weight)

If there are any professional chefs among you, I would be very grateful for your help.

So besides rice are basics that you can have at home and actually can always do something about it:

Potatoes, vegetable broth, wheat (similar to rice), quinoa. You can also buy bread and freeze it. Butter, durable milk, spread cheese, toast. Vegetable canned, cream. With the ingredients, you can actually organize pretty much everything.

Potatoes can be roasted, processed to run up, bake filled, make potato soup, make pommes or chips themselves, eat with cottage cheese or just eat with some sauce.

With wheat or pasta/ rice, you can always make any vegetable pans.
For proteins I can only recommend eggs and products such as magerquark.

  • Peas soup,Lins soup
  • Rice with vegetables and egg
  • Run
  • Falafel (self-made from chickpeas)
  • Oven vegetables with potatoes and herbal cucumber
  • For breakfast, porridge with fruit or magerquark with oatmeal and fruit is healthy and cheap

You mix potatoes with some vegetables and grab some vegetable broth.

Zb Carrots, Wirsing etc pp.

You cook it, then you crush it and make porridge.

Ready!

For protein, eggs can make this, are also relatively favorable.

ingenious are a cake filled with cheese pfeffer tomate bodice

vllt to fat

and healthy and cheap is ne sweetsosse/gulasch(5-10L)

selieknolle(1x)

möhre(6-8x)

a lot (6-15x)

Cucumber(10 zehen)

paprika (500g)

petersilien root (1x or at the end petersilie scatter)

cauliflower(2-3x)

(lauch1-2x)

in pfanne roast on 70% of the herd power then tilt in large pot

when everything is distorted in the pot is filled with water or broth and

reduce cooking so that moisture escapes and many small bubbles come

then

refill with water/brown

that make 3 so that taste distributed

seasoning depending on taste…. important is pfeffer, salt, pixing, cumin

then reduce again 2 times so that you can spread and taste

….we don’t want to fry in, otherwise many burn

at the end you can also pump it if you want

so you have a healthy lecke grundsosse which fits all kinds of meat and supplements…. best make large portion(I usually make 5-7L thick sosse/10-15l normal soose) and freeze in portions (tupperbox or ice cube)

eat pure or serve with cocus milk and chin. or with roasted grains or with cream

man can also buy suppengmüse with swirl kohlrabi and paprika if it should be smaller portion

I am standing alone and spend 200 euros each week for organic raw food from the supermarket! That’s 800 euros a month!

I know I am on the extreme side of spending so much for healthy home-made food, but with 200 euros per month for 2 people, find better grass on the roadside and cook it and then with the oven heating costs at the end would be 200 euros per month for 2 people and it would fit your budget….

But seriously, you have to do what other people do: buy Junk Food! Junk noodles from the freezer can cost 1 Euro or freezer pizza stuffed with chemical preservatives will cost 3 Euro, and you will also feel rich… I am the idiot here, and 90% of the population who manage to spend only 300 euros a month on food, eat this way… You healthy foods! Healthy foods are very expensive… Stay with Junk Food instead.
