What should I do now?

I tried to get the dirt out of the charging unit (the part where you plug in the charging cable). After that, nothing worked anymore. I can't charge it or listen to music. Should I take it in for repair? If so, how long would such a repair take and how much would it cost?

yes, you probably broke the contact point, yes you can fix it, you probably have to either replace or resolute, but you played something broken.

Let this be an example in these devices you don’t go in with anything good luck. The connections are extremely cheap soldered. There was a simple fingerprint to break everything.

I can tell you ned, but sometimes you’ll find nice people who fix it so privately.
