Hello! I'm my boyfriend's prom date, and I'm wondering what I should wear since I've read a lot about it. Some say short and simple, others say it doesn't matter. My question is, can I wear my long purple satin dress (from my graduation and only worn once)? Because I think it would be a shame if it was only worn once. Is that too much, or is it okay?
