What does that mean?

I don't understand why it was returned. And what about "it complies with our shipping conditions."

I sold the product on eBay and the shipping was free. When I purchased it, I specified that it should be sent to a parcel station. Now, what would you do? I bought the same product again, and now I might have the same problem.

PS: I also told the seller (on eBay), but no answer is available yet.

I don’t understand why it was sent back. And as with “our shipping conditions”.

What exactly does the delivery address you specified?

Unfortunately no answer. Problem seems clear.

Hmmmm… You got a post number? And the seller has specified everything correctly, so name, postal number. Pack station number would have noticed. I couldn’t imagine anything else.

The package should be on you? Because you write, you have it Verificationbuy.

You’ve got it complete for the packing station?
So first registered with DHL, the post number is received, then let your details be verified with Postident/Adressident, then by letter, get a QR code from DHL to unlock the DHL app?

I guess not all the steps have taken. The course is typical of it.

If there’s something similar in your DHL app under “Packstation”…
