If it is really just a small “emergency snack”: nuts. (Also without salt, dough coat or any other additive.)

Muesli with right oat flakes, nuts, dry fruit, yogurt, milk

Potatoes and some canned vegetables and olive oil – goes super fast

Simply wholemeal bread with cheese, salad, tomatoes, possibly. Lachs… occupied (home and then take in bread can)
