Purifier

In chemistry, the term “pure material” refers to a substance which is uniformly composed of only one chemical compound or one chemical element; the term is in contrast to a mixture.

Chemical compound

A chemical compound is a pure substance which consists of atoms of two or more chemical elements, wherein—in contrast to mixtures—the atoms are in a fixed stoichiometric ratio to one another.

Mixture

A mixture, substance mixture or substance mixture is understood to mean a substance which consists of at least two pure substances. The specific properties such as density, boiling point or color depend on the mixing ratio (mass ratio) of the components.

Should you know.

A pure substance is not related to any other substance, for example aluminum

Compounds are zb molecules such as water

Elements denote all substances in the periodic system

And mixtures of substances are mixed with 2 or more substances in order to produce a new substance which has the other properties, for example chloroform
