What are realistic tricks for the 2nd MTB season?

I've been riding mountain bikes for about a year now and I want to set myself some goals for this year, like a vision board. I've had severe knee problems for the past two years, so I wasn't able to ride much last season, but I'm giving it my all to make sure this season goes well.

I ride a Canyon nerve with 130mm suspension fork and 125mm shock

With knee problems I don’t want to go on downhill and such jokes

As the first protectors I made a short wheelie in half a season. If you can’t learn a wheelie it has come to me very useful at some rides. You can practice small jumps first.Because you shouldn’t go on downhill because it’s very on the knee.

When I see the setting of your saddle, my knee problems are not surprising. What’s that?
