I feed mainly “Low Carb” that means little carbohydrates. However, one of my favorite dishes is cheese-speakers, for which I naturally like to make an exception 😉

The form is for me individual according to each court, different.
With soups and frying noodles I like to take egg noodles, with most other dishes I only take pasta from durum wheat. In those, it is important to me that they are used in manufacturing, brass nozzles and not stainless steel. As a result, the surface of the noodles becomes rougher and can absorb more sauces. 😋

Full grain noodles, preferably the large ones in butterfly form. But only from a mill from the surrounding area, they make them themselves.

I don’t have “love noodles” in my mind. noodles must fit the respective dish, e.g. Tagliatelle alla bolognese, Fat succinates Alfredo or spaghetti Carbonara.
