Carrot potato stamped.

500g KArotten + 250g KArtoffeln are under 400kcal. Some broth and cream leger brings to about 500-550 kcal and this is a lot of eating.

KArotten-Kartoffelsuppe mit Dill und nordsee krabben is similar to the kcal.

Potatoes with cucumber and yoghurt also has little, a little more with slime
