What are these files and can I delete them?

Hello, I'm currently cleaning up my C: drive and found files under the following path whose names I don't know. I think they're iPhone backups. If so, can I delete them? I really only need the most recent backup. I don't understand the last file in particular because it has a very long name (abbreviated below with […]). I have three files in C: that take up 5, 8, and 9 GB, respectively.

C: – User – Username – AppData – Roaming – Apple Computer – Mobile Sync – Backup – e8270[…]4e

only files within the local “Temp” you can safely delete the above are essential for operating Windows.

You can delete the whole folder “Apple Compute” if you no longer need the backup
