  • One has to deal with his diet and should plan it according to needs. This requires a little knowledge. Well, that doesn’t have to be a disadvantage.
  • Vegan diet is not equally suitable for everyone.
  • It can sometimes be a bit difficult if you want to eat outside. However, there are already significant improvements here.
  • Invitations or if someone gives something to work, for example, you cannot presume that there is a vegan option.
  • You have to supplement. However, this issue should also be dealt with here, as supplements are not completely harmless.
  • You will often encounter misunderstanding and rejection. This can be exhausting in the long run.
  • However, there is also a risk of being stuck in a bladder and the subject can no longer be considered neutral.

A lot is wrong, but maybe you think yourself, but otherwise my comment has no meaning or I can tell you why, but that topic is actually too big.

Ok and to mention the points, 1. That one should also eat meat (or vegetarian) has nothing to do with vegan.

Two. But Vegan is the best diet for every person and there are no doubts about it except you have half knowledge.

Five. No, you don’t have to eat meat, but maybe if you don’t eat any vegetables, fruit, nuts, cereals (also for meat or vegetarians)

7. Yes I write and say that Veganism is the only right thing, but that is the truth, if you only use a single doctor or e.g. The very disgusting German Society for Nutrition is looking for nothing right.

You don’t have to look at anything neutral, it’s just that only veganism helps the world, but vegetarianism would be in comparison with “helps the world to 10% and yourself”.

And veganism at 98%.

Only veganism prevents these things:

Death of animals, famine(People in poor countries have less food thanks to, for example, meat eaters),Climate change destroys in the future that life of the earth(Awesome meat eaters or Vegetarians and the like), cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, strokes, and they can also be cured (including various other diseases such as Osteoropose)

There is no reason for people not to feed themselves vegan.

Apart from this: ignorance and incompetence or you want to kill the planet and yourself.

There are certain people who have someone who is ill with cancer or heart disease or Something like that.

Tell the sick person or Bring him to vegan food with raw vegetables and fruit.(If something animal comes in between, then yes, there is nothing. It can also be that something is used on apples or bananas which is of animals, so only buy organic, as such pesticides are not used there.)

And he can be cured to 70%.(Chance about)

I would say that trying to save lives from someone is worth it.

Except you don’t love this one.

Oh yes and to determine exactly what the healthiest diet is,

It is if you eat raw vegetables and fruit(so not cooked), and also what to do, I don’t think there are many people who just want to eat raw vegetables and fruits.

But it is the healthiest and can cure all diseases if you were never vegan.

To 1.: If you also use food of animal origin in your diet, then the nutrient supply is quite easier to make. For a full-fledged vegan diet, there is a lot more about knowledge. You can’t presume that on everyone.

https://www.aerzteblatt.de/archiv/215078/supply status mit-vitamin-und-minerals-bei-veganer-Ernaehrungweise

2.: In children and pregnant women, they are advised.

https://www.dge.de/science/faqs/vegane-ernaehrung/#c2899

Not every person is the same and not everyone can use vegetable food equally well. Here is an example:

https://www.elisabethgreen.com/bio-food/non-more-vegan/

I can confirm from my own experience. I’ve been vegan for five years. The first years I felt great, I couldn’t imagine anything else. Then the symptoms of deficiency came. Since I couldn’t or wanted to eat some food (incompatibilities and dislikes against soy products, chia seeds, nuts…), this was pre-programmed.

To 5: Yes, you have to supplement. At least B12 should be taken. And also food supplements are not harmless.

https://www.ernaehrungsmedizin.blog/2019/02/11/vitamin-b12-erhoehtes-krebsris- durch-supplemente/

Zu7. That’s your opinion. I see it differently. Also from own experience. And if someone wants to sell “the truth” to me, I will basically be suspicious.

With regard to the alleged ouriosity of the DGE, I would like to have a source.

I think that only veganism helps the world. Here is an interesting link that it is not like this:

https://www.agrarheute.com/land-leben/veganism-sustainable version-565157

The world is far too complex as you can easily improve everything with veganism.

Vegetarism, though, would also be in comparison with vegetarianism at “Help the world to 10% and yourself”.

I also ask for a source for these figures.

Only veganism prevents these things (…) cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, strokes,

Veganism prevents nothing, at most it minimizes the risk.

I am not going into every single point in this list. There is a lot of wishful thinking and also a lot of false. Diseases only cure by veganism, for example… I have already met people who have “confident” their cancer disease to a healer and then have landed with us in no more therapeutic condition. That’s what I’d say.

It doesn’t use anything to see the world black-white. No one’s gonna keep it.

You also benefit from animal products. So best to start with yourself…

Your first source is absolutely dishonest, you have given a study from the WWF although they are against animal food. So the facts twisted. The second as well, talks a lot back and forth without meaning. And what they’re telling has nothing to do with facts.

Both propaganda no longer..

The medicine names vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency.

In order for the body to be supplied with all (especially essential) nutrients as best as possible, the diet must be very balanced.

anne147

where both occur in vegetarian +omnivores, especially in older people. it may, for example, also be sufficient to be able to absorb b12 from the digestive tract; what turns out to be a few years later, because b12 is stored well+long.

There’s no one. One thing might be that many restaurants have no vegan alternatives, but otherwise there are hardly any disadvantages.

Just find out about all the nutrients.

Just B12 is very important that you take it through tablets etc. 🙂

The evolutionary advantage of man was that he could also take and digest animal proteins, which greatly broadened his food base and had a very positive effect on his brain.

Vegan diet can lead to symptoms of deficiency very easily – and as environmentally friendly as the vegan sometimes believes, industrially produced vegan food is not at all.

Ah, the “brain” again…

Fortunately, Putin is not a vegan!

As long as vitamin B12 can supplement, it is very possible to be supplied with all nutrients.

Yeah, but everyone doesn’t really taste so much in my opinion. I’m just doing the hardest with cheese. In sausage, I had no problems like this, even though I had a hard time, as I wanted salty and hearty covering tomorrow. But vegan/vegtarian sausage linings taste very good and with cheese I can also live in the morning. But without cheese or substitute cheese, you can’t.

The greatest problem is that those who fly most on veganism are inexperienced young people from 11 to 20 years. And youth tends to have special radicality. And youth is often not ready to read solid scientific literature. Instead, one moves on one-sided, influenza in social media.
