I would particularly like to point out that it costs little/ nothing now and in the near future.

In addition, I would like to have a current account where many other of my finances also play, such as daily money and depot.

What is worthwhile for you can only decide yourself. Just look at the different offers and conditions of the banks.

If it’s modern: bunq, Revolut Junior.

Otherwise stop at the local Volksbank/Sparkasse. There’s everything from the day before, but on site.

There are over 1000 different banks and savings banks in Germany.

Without knowing which of them will come into question for you regionally, you will hardly be able to give a concrete answer.

Region

It’s in the 21st. century no longer a real role, unless the bank does not offer online opening or only takes up regionally limited customers.

in Germany

We have a single European payment space, SEPA. You can have your bank account in any SEPA country, a restriction to Germany does not need at all 😉

Yes, you can, but if this is recommended for a minor without a bank experience, it is a matter of opinion.

Add to this:

There are only a few German-wide banks (e.g. Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, HypoVereinsbank, Postbank, Santander, Targobank) and the virtually independent direct banks (e.g. Comdirect, Consorsbank, C24, DKB, ING, N26, 1822) which are only partially suitable for minors.

For the hundreds of different savings banks, popular and Raiffeisen banks and other regional banks, comparisons and recommendations are difficult without specific information.
