Hi, I tore my ankle about 10 months ago. Unfortunately, it didn't heal well, and the treatment was very poor.
Sometimes, hot "shockwaves" of pain still shoot through my ankle, even though I'm not moving it. It's also still slightly swollen. I've already been to the doctor and physical therapy. What's going on?

Must insist on your right, if the next physiotherapist already lays down again and only passively does it have to appeal to you, a true good colleague would be rethinking treatment and try another approach next appointment.
