The smaller one is the international short standard ink cartridge. It is used inter alia in fillers of Pelikan, Kaweco, Faber-Castell and several other manufacturers.
The larger one could be a cartridge of a Japanese manufacturer like “Sailor” or “Pilot”, you would have to compare it again.
