What are these dark spots in chocolate coating?

I baked a cake today and covered it with chocolate coating. After it hardened, these dots appeared in the chocolate coating. Can someone please tell me what they are?

At the bottom left in the picture you see that the cake had the holes before – the dark spots are the places where the chocolate ran in.

Then there were possibly small bubbles of air that went on cooling. If you have a little more envelope, you can simply apply a thin layer again
