What are these dark spots in chocolate coating?
I baked a cake today and covered it with chocolate coating. After it hardened, these dots appeared in the chocolate coating. Can someone please tell me what they are?
Thank you very much in advance! 😊

Hi, Today I'm making Powidel Buchteln for the first time according to this recipe: https://www.gutekueche.at/powidl-buchteln-rezept-36686 for 12 servings. Do you have any tips for me on how to make them well, especially with the dough so that it is nice and moist, etc.? Looking forward to your answers. Best regards, Honigfarn!
Hi, I melted white chocolate and wanted it to be really nice and liquid. But somehow it turned out like this (picture below). What could be causing this and how do I fix it? I need a quick answer, please. Thanks in advance. 🙂
I want to make cinnamon rolls with lotus seeds tomorrow, but I need to do it quickly. Which ready-made dough is best?
Is this an Edeka private label or is it available elsewhere?
Easy to get out of the package and others you have to fumble out
So for example a bar or a drink if you haven't managed to eat anything and need something quick to eat on the go, for example if you don't eat anything while skiing in the morning because you're still hungry but then you're out of breath, then maybe you can take a bar or something…
There’s cocoa butter.
At the bottom left in the picture you see that the cake had the holes before – the dark spots are the places where the chocolate ran in.
Unfortunately, this cannot be the riddle solution, since if I scratch the dark points, including the chocolate has a normal color.
Yes, but in the “pure flow” air came out of the holes, are…
Tap on kitchen crumbs that had replaced when brushing on
Yes, I would have seen
No cake crumbs. The points are up, or in the envelope
Then there were possibly small bubbles of air that went on cooling. If you have a little more envelope, you can simply apply a thin layer again
Is not so wild with optics if it does not mean that the envelope is bad or other. Looks like there were flies on it. 🙈 I’ve never seen that before.
Badly hardened fat, for whatever reason.
