The other two smell normal, but one smells like a very fruity, sweet cucumber. Why is that?

Depending on how fast the core has germinated, it may be two months old or if it took longer to germinate for half a year. For me, however, it looks like a faster germination, since the core is still very green and seems to be slightly dried and discolored. The leaves are also very young and become gradually larger and then green.
