Redbull vor dem Training eine schlechte Gewohnheit?
Hi ich bin 15 jahre alt und trainiere von zuhause mit Körpergewicht und 2 Kurzhanteln. Normalerweise ess ich vor meinem workout immer eine Banane aber jetzt will ich auch öfter Redbull davortrinken, weil das eine wirklich große Leistungssteigerung verursacht. Die Diskussion fand letztens in einer Pause in meiner Klasse statt. Und ich schließe mich den Jungs aus meiber Klasse an. Ein Döner ohne Kalbfleisch ist KEIN Döner !!! Was ist eure Meinung?
