With the tofu, especially the smoked tofu can superbly replace a ancestor (meat). You can also enrich him with a saucer.

Because meat consumption is not just healthy. So I’m looking for alternatives, trying out new recipes.

If you stay with the meat, I recommend a good piece of veal or beef.

For a good piece of meat you don’t need a grill, even a steak can be roasted in the pan.

I would make a pork fillet in green pepper sauce – I like to eat, and it suits rosemary spices.
