You can have tea for a long time, only then more tannins can be loosened and the tea can become bitter, such as green or black tea.

It is not harmful to health.

Herbal teas and fruit teas can be pulled longer. Longer drawing time also means that more ingredients can dissolve, which is also good.

Just try it out if you like it.

I never take the tea bags out.

I like long tea.

It depends. Some tea just doesn’t taste anymore, others are getting more unhealthy, with some varieties it doesn’t matter.

With herbal tea it doesn’t matter, black tea becomes bitter.
