Then the courtmate comes over short or long.

Then you will be offered a rate payment according to what you can afford, or it will remain completely – which will probably end with a visit from the courtmate. Or you can call private insolvency.

What happens if you can’t afford an invoice?

But this is now finally due.

If this is finally due, i.e. has been established by a court, the creditor has a title with which he can carry out the next 30 years against you.

If that’s nothing bad for you, no more.

And of course, the costs of execution come up to your previous debts.

Warning, 2nd reminder with dunning fee, debt collection, courtesy officer who comes to the deposit of your valuables.

Well-meaning advice: if you can’t afford to buy it.

Can’t you be punished by buying services/products in the knowledge that you can’t afford or pay?

No, it is you do it with the intention to cheat and never pay. This is becoming more and more difficult, because many companies actually go to court to complain about the value of the dispute. If this happens more often and the judge has bad mood, it can even come to a prison sentence if you are not willing to pay.

Then many evil consequences will follow you for a long time:

Mahnungen, Mahnbescheid, Criminal Officer, Pfändung,…

And evil entries in places that will make you life hard for a long time.

Therefore: buy NIemals, which you can’t afford.
