What happens if you are at a crime scene without permission?

So I'm writing a story right now, and the problem is, I have no idea how things work at the police station and so on.

The situation is as follows: There is another victim of a previously unknown serial killer and the main character (a 20-year-old woman) is at the crime scene when the police are already there and is promptly "caught".

The police officer asks her to come with him to the police headquarters.

What happens next?

Thanks in advance for all answers

It has to be detected in recognition services: photo, fingerprints, DNA, etc.

Then they’ll see where to find their prints everywhere. She’s interrogated and has to explain. Probably she’s in custody. Only in American TVs must a lawyer be there. This is different in Germany. But you can say no.
