What happens if you take blood pressure lowering medication even though you don't have high blood pressure?

Blood pressure sinks logically let the blood pressure drop. If you have a high blood pressure, that is desirable. If, on the other hand, one has a normal or low blood pressure, this can even be dangerous.

The active ingredient does not recognize whether the blood pressure has to be reduced or not. The blood pressure simply drops, even when taking one. Depending on the dose and original blood pressure, you can become unconscious because the brain gets too little oxygen. In extreme cases you can even die.

I once had the case in the rescue service that someone with already low blood pressure had accidentally received blood pressure sinkers. When we arrived, blood pressure was 70/30 (normal would be 120/80). We have everything we had in the pumped in to increase that blood pressure. Until we were in the hospital, he had at least 80/40. However, he should have been significantly higher. That was the blood pressure sink that still “slowed”. He survived it.
