Yeah, if it’s something that has to do with your problems.

That’s why you’re going there to work up your problems.

If it has nothing to do with it, it is superfluous

No therapist asks you to give yourself completely open and honest from the start. There are worries and fears that you can only address when you trust. It is only important that you gradually open up a little more and dihh darust to give more of you price, otherwise the therapy ncihts.
