Ibuprofen kann bis zu 36 Monate haltbar bleiben. Geht eine Gefahr davon aus wenn man sie nach dem ablaufdatum nimmt?

Ist es möglich dass man nach 2 Jahren Einnahme von Antidepressiva immernoch Nebenwirkungen davon verspürt? Lese überall nur von den anfänglichen Nebenwirkungen, aber ich glaub meine Symptome kommen immernoch davon, nehme das Medikament jetzt schon seit 2 Jahren und hab schon die ganze Zeit seit über nem Jahr die gleichen Probleme, gefühlt wirds schlimmer.
welche tablette lieber einnehmen?
paracetamol- ratiopharm gegen bauchschmerzen oder liber ibuflam 600?

Moin, Erst mal zur Beruhigung: ich will nichts und niemanden töten 🙂 Ich nehme Beloc Zok (Metroprolol)190mg am Tag und scherze halt immer, dass ich genug nehme, um ein Nashorn zu töten. As long as a medicament does not convert or decompose to a possibly more dangerous substance, nothing can happen except that it may become ineffective.
There’s nothing but weakening the effect. No longer should you take the tablets if these discolorations have dark points or something.

If it were a couple of years, it would be self-confusing to take them.
