Hallo! ich weiß dass sich bei diesem Thema bestimmt die Meinungen spalten werden und ich habe selber schon viele varianten gehört. Was ist nun sinnvoll? Nach, vor oder während des Mittagessens Wasser zu trinken? Ich denke mal einerseits ist es sinnvoll vor dem Essen Wasser zu trinken da man dann auch nicht all zu viel…

It can go fast or take a few hours. One gets bad, one gets abdominal pain, diarrhea……

You probably won’t even want to bite in because it stinks.
