No all well the body needs much protein it is no matter how much protein you eat Main thing you keep the rule 2-2.5 g protein per kg body weight but more is always better

Pony tells such a bullshit it’s not going on the kidneys please don’t worry you can ask anyone some bodybuilders take 400g protein to themselves and it’s never what happens to notice much helps you a lot. EIweiss is one of the most important building blocks 1-1.5 g protein is good if you don’t run power sports, but if you run power sports then 2 2.5 g protein per kg does not prove a study that it goes on the kidneys so believable
