Hallo , ich habe vor 1.5 monaten 4 neue Reifen bestellt
Was ich durch dpd bestellt habe Was angeblich angekommen ist aber ich nichts erhielt außerdem Zeit punkt war ich in der Arbeit. Habe es gemeldet , und das Geld erstattet bekommen.
Habe dpd und mit Absender telefoniert meinten von denen seite ist alles geklärt.
ich komme mit der nachfrage ob es normal das jemand aus dpd ( hat sich nicht genau vorgestellt hat auch gebrochen Deutsch geredet vermuten wir das das der fahre gewesen sein könnte, kommt zu uns nach hause und stellt fragen. Er belestigte die Nachbarn und sucht verzweifelt Nach der reifen. Er hat mich gebeten noch mal die Nachbarn zu fragen was ich getahn habe aber keiner weiß etwas. Vermütung tauchen auf das die es gesehen hätten aber ins zwichen zeit wo ich das Geld erstaten bekommen habe mir die reifen auf andere Wegen geholt. Vielleicht haben die das gesehen die waren sich auch nicht sicher. Ich habe weder abgege genehmigt oder unterschrieben die hatten nicht mal foto Beweis. Er meinte erkommt wieder kommisch die ganze situation. Er hat sogar meine Auto überprüft da die Nachbar gesagt habe das da mein Auto wäre.
Hat jemand Erfahrungen ,wie sollte ich vorgehen ?
