Was passiert mit den Kindern, wenn beide Eltern plötzlich sterben?

Kann dann ein naher Verwandter sagen, dass er die Kids nimmt?

Oder kommen sie ins Heim, bzw die Obhut des Jugendamtes?

The Youth Office is in any case involved – but don’t worry, we can also take care of a “suitable person”. When the crying children cling to grandma and grandpa, it is obvious that the children stay with them at least the first days.

In parallel, the family court should be involved so that a guardian can be determined. In principle, a relative can also take over the guardianship.

the godfathers are supposed to be at the train .. that is, patentant and godfather, it is especially emphasized that godfathers are also required for the death of parents, and not only for coffee and cakes at the baptism with final drink – as beautiful, then there are no problems

It doesn’t make any difference.

It could be at most that a godfather feels obliged, and therefore more willing to accept the children.

that is a completely lying box anyway, because then only one haeusle farmer and real estate owner could, if at all, take the orphaned godchildren

Any person who already has a bond with the child and is willing to accept it comes into question.

This can be both parents’ friends, but also uncle or aunt.

If there is someone who already has a relationship with the children and wants to receive them, the Youth Office will always prefer accommodation to a home or housing group.

The guard then automatically has the youth office first. If a suitable relative is found as a guardian, it is preferred. Otherwise care family or home.

Ideally, the uncle or other relatives take over. Otherwise they come to the home or to a nursing family.

In Christianity, the Father is responsible for such fates. This was also carefully selected by the parents and would be in your sense.

Can a close relative say he takes the kids?

If he is granted custody.

No. 2.

Of course, the Youth Office takes over the procedure first. Voluntary accommodation with relatives is of course always the best solution. But that’s what the Youth Office decides.

In such cases you have a godfather who should be there exactly in the situation.

no, then this is a case for the youth office and the person is taken in care, cared for housing or home, or care family

Paten are religious sponsorships and relate to the religious passage of the godchildren.
