I should actually feel better now because I'm no longer stressed about my girlfriend… but somehow I feel like I'm in a dungeon… Hobbies are less fun… dating isn't really that fun… So far, there have only been boring ones (character-wise). Strange questions run through my head… How she feels about the decision, whether she's…
Hi, I suffer from depression and often have panic attacks. I've been to the doctor and other doctors and they've only prescribed me antidepressants and the like, none of which help, and I only get side effects from the tablets: nausea, shaking spells, diarrhea, etc. A friend gave me Alprazolam and that was the only…
Please please I need a quick answer I'm not fine at all I feel like dying 😭
Hello, 🙂 I hope someone can give me some advice. I'm 21 and I'm extremely unhappy with my life at the moment. I feel like the older I get, the fewer friends I have (actually, I don't have any at the moment) and I find it difficult to make friends. I've never had a large…
Do you think hypnosis works to help people quit smoking? Have people had experience with it?
Skills training. That is, you get the opportunity to work out with systematic instructions, what you can do instead if you are in the states where you would do that.
With me it was always only supplied and if necessary they brought me to the hospital or called the AvD. But it was always talked to me about whether I’ve killed or why not and why I haven’t reported before. Otherwise there hasn’t been much. It was of course also told to the therapist and the senior doctors, so it was then partly the subject in the next single hour or there were extra talks.
I’ve never hurt myself with blades in the clinic myself, that was only done at home at the WE, but rather things for which you don’t need an extra item. I can imagine that they might search your stuff to take away the items.
As it was handled in other clinics and other stations I don’t know, but at the Akut Station and the day clinic where I was, there was not much done. You had to write a va so behavioral analysis. But this is rather little helpful because you have to answer strange questions, which one cannot even answer.
I think that it may also be a topic in the next individual therapy and you will also go through the Va. You will then also be asked what you have self-harmed and then you should give it back. Much more is not done.
For example, if you are in a daily clinic and you are hurt very strongly even with suicide thoughts/intentions, then you are probably first brought to an acute station. I don’t know how it’s on the normal KjP station.
So a behavioral analysis should actually help you check what you can do differently and what were factors that contributed to it (so that you can work on it). In any case, is not a self-interest, but is intended to provide indications for deepening / further work. Too bad it wasn’t so hard. Hope something else helped you.
They’re just talking to you. Just don’t worry, they want to help you.
